Gumbo is the famous eintopf of Louisiana, made with all the things no-one in their right mind would eat. Our early jazz heroes ate litres of it, and we are their sons, the Sons of Gumbo.

Sons of Gumbo are Thomas Kaltenbach, trombone, Zarek Silberschmidt, banjo, Bernd Schoepflin, tuba, Samuel Duehsler, drums and George Ricci, clarinet&saxo, and we play New Orleans jazz.
